The control valve on our hot water heater failed Friday afternoon, and we had company coming for the weekend in a couple of hours. We were frantic! Marlin was able to get a tech to our home in a couple of hours, and he quickly diagnosed the problem, picked up the part, and got the part installed. We paid for after hours service, but the price was very reasonable. We couldn't have been happier with the service Marlin provided.

This was my first service appointment. Nathanial was my service technician. This was excellent since Nathanial saved me hundreds by fixing my fixture without replacing. I rarely ever have this type of service and will definitely use Marlin for any plumbing needs .

Marlin Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing our water heater. They were professional, punctual, and fast, even with all our stairs he had to take the old one up and the new one down. Didn't rush through the job, but worked efficiently so the whole replacement was pretty quick for such a big task. Took the time to set it up for us and walked me through how to change any settings if we wanted to later on. He explained the pricing clearly along the way and the final charge was exactly what he stated, there were no surpises. Patiently asked if I had any other questions before leaving. We're so happy our Home Warranty contracted Marlin plumbing, I recommend them and will hire them again if anything else comes up.

Marlin Plumbing team was hired to install a water softener system and reverse osmosis. They were on time and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company. Utah water has to be softened or you will end up spending a ton of money replacing fixtures, appliances and AC.

Marlin Plumbing is a Superstar company. This is the second plumbing repair they have expertly done for me in the past 60 days. One was a faucet replacement and today was a garbage disposal replacement. Both jobs were professionally taken care of by a true master plumber, Nathaniel. He is competent, polite, friendly and helpful. I am very pleased with his pleasant demeanor and plumbing skills. The Marlin plumbing staff called me on Sunday to set up a Monday early morning appointment which I really appreciated. The whole Marlin plumbing team are amazing and I highly recommend them for any of your plumbing repair needs. They are tops in my book.
This was a Home Warranty claim which usually takes a little longer for a company to perform but not MARLIN PLUMBING. They came out the same day they received the service call. They arrived when they promised they would and fixed the item needing repair quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MARLIN PLUMBING!

Marlin plumbing was selected by my home warranty company to replace my water heater. Two guys came and inspected the job and they were very professional. I needed some updates to be in code. I was informed that the home warranty company prefers to order their water heaters so it could be a week or more without hot water. I chose to take the cash from my warranty instead of waiting around. I had another company come out ace replace it the next day.I’m sure these guys do good work. They did give me a bid for the extra work to be done and at the moment it seemed pretty high, but it turns out it was pretty within range of the company I had so the work

We had a 20 year old HVAC system when we bought our home. I didn’t want it to fail in the summer in SW Utah. We checked with 5 companies and 2 didn’t bid on the job because of the tight quarters in the attic. We selected Marlin because they offered high quality equipment and service for a competitive price. Chad and Trevor worked doggedly through the challenges and completed the task in a timely manner. We now have a very efficient and quiet system and peace of mind.

We had extensive water damage from our 30 yr old water heater. A Marlin rep came to our home promptly. He thoroughly investigated, showed me the issues, and made recommendations. He was not pushy at all. I felt he was very honest.We met with with the HVAC Estimator the next day. He took the time to carefully explain options and was quick to send an estimate.Before they removed our old HVAC to get to the water damage, they made sure we were comfortable, setting up temp air conditioning - 116° here. What a great company!

Marlin Plumbing was excellent to work with. They came, evaluated what needed to be accomplished. Recommended new water lines to the Water Heater. They worked quick, as well as evaluated a Moen cartridge while they were here. GREAT SERVICE!!

Bradden did a very clean water heater replacement installation.After draining and removing the old unit, we talked and he put two layers of particle board to fill and strengthen the platform for better support under the new water heater..Bradden replaced water feed lines and connects, added drip pan and an expansion tank. Adding these two items and a second stability strap, brought the installation up to current codes.His workmanship and customer service were outstanding. He listened to my concerns and worked to make it all happen and stay within budget.I highly recommendMarlin Plumbing for plumbing needs!
Bradden did an outstanding job of cleaning up the mess left by the contractor's plumber. He added a new dispenser and filter while at the same time rerouting all the plumbing under the sink in a very neat fashion. He also apprised us of a code violation by the contractor who failed to install an Air Break in the discharge line from the icemaker...this could have led to catastrophic health issues had the check valve failed. Will have Marlin do all our plumbing in the future.

I called late in the evenly about our air conditioning system's failing.Chad was extremely empathetic to our situation, and even thought he was leaving for vacation the next day, he told me that he would be at our home in 45 minutes. He came quickly and at 10:30 pm he began to evaluate our system. It only took him about an hour to replace the parts that were bad and finish testing the air conditioner. His costs were very reasonable especially for an after-hour emergency. I was happy we didn't have to have our A/C system replaced. I'd call him again in a minute.
Used Merlin because they were my home warranty plumbing company, but since using them for other plumbing upgrades I wouldn’t use anyone else. They are local, family owned, dependable and honest. They would be my first choice should I need a plumber or heating and air.
I would recommend Marlin Plumbing to anyone, I had been without AC from Friday late so had to wait over the hot Weekend with my house being 94 degrees it was hell!I submitted my claim to my home warranty company and they assigned Marlin Plumbing on Monday, I called and spoke with Chad a technician and told him my situation he said he would have the office add me to his schedule and he would make me his last appointment on his way home, I was very grateful to say the least.Well almost 9 o’clock PM rolls around and I thought he forgot about me but no, I get the much awaited door bell ring even though his last job before mine ended up being a 5 hour job he still came to fix my AC.That’s not only good customer service but true dedication to his company as well as his customers!!Thank you Chad and Marlin Plumbing

My mom had a broken pipe in her park model tiny home. We called the home warranty company and they contracted to Marlin. When Marlin called to schedule my mom, who is elderly, she was very stressed out and upset. The gal on the phone said they couldn't come for 2 days which caused my mom to get more upset and yell, having to go without water for 2 days. The girl on the phone was kind and patient and said she would see what she could do.She called back and said they were able to work her in same day. The tech that came out worked super hard in a small space with spiders, water, and dust everywhere in the 100 degree heat and was able to fix it same day.Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond in the customer service department, especially under the circumstances, and they have earned a customer for life. I will recommend them to all my clients, friends, and family. Thank you for being kind to someone having a really hard day!

They did a thorough inspection, found problems that other plumbers had overlooked, and gave us a fair quote for the work on the spot. Marlin plumbing services is a great company to have your work done by. One day, one of the brothers came out and confirmed our water heater did go out. Another day his brother came out with a new water heater and installed it to perfection as I stayed in the garage with him in case he needed anything or even a soda, etc. he stayed until he know the complete job was done right and everything worked properly. I highly recommend this team for service needed done.

Since I have been in my current home almost 3 years I have used Marlin Plumbing. I have had a water heater leak and needed a new one. They put in my dishwasher and had sinks that needed to be looked at. Whatever the problem I have they usually come that same day. I certainly would recommend them for your needs. We had a difficult to trace Oder in a bathroom and bedroom. Tony helped us understand the process, found the broken pipe in the wall and repaired it. It was a good experience. The communication on what needed to be done and the cost was very clear.
The two techs that came to my house were excellent, the did an inspection of my cooling and heating system, pointing out some things I need to be fix, some things I probably need to fixing in future, and some things to just generally keep an eye on they were thorough, polite and did a great job. We had a tankless water heater put in and we couldn’t get hot water in a biggest portion of our house and the people that installed it didn’t seem to know what to do so we called Marlin plumbing and they came right out found out it was installed wrong and got us hot water. They were great.
Hey, want to give a big shout out to Tony and Trevor these guys are amazing. They did a great job on my air conditioner and put a new coil in my heater. I can’t say enough great things about these people. They worked diligently with my home warranty company and did a great job , they put a brand new air conditioner on my house in less than three or four hours and it was awesome and the appliances working perfect and I would recommend these guys over and over again, thanks for the great service .

Marlin has come out twice due to leaks. They treated us well, they did a good job, and had affordable rates for the the plumbing outside of my home that wasn't covered by home warranty. Hot water heater replacement, outdoor pressure valve replacement and a leak we couldn't find that turned out to be the fridge water line. I appreciate the professional service that they did and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. I'm very glad I chose this family business, you can tell they care.

The gentleman who replaced our water heater was first rate. His estimate was exactly the amount we paid! He completed the removal and installation exactly the length of time he estimated. In addition he was very personable and give us some helpful advise on other plumbing issues, that were unrelated to the problem at hand. Finally he arrived exactly on time. I'm 77 yrs old and a former engineer this was my best experience with a repair person in my entire life.I would rate Marlin Plumbing with 10 stars if I could.Tom
We got a water softener and washing machine box installed about 6 weeks ago. Our laundry room looks so much better with the box installed and it has been so nice to have the water softener. I will definitely use Marlin Plumbing again next time I need something. They were prompt getting us a quote & doing the work, the bill was exactly as expected, the work was good quality, communication was great, and they even cleaned up after themselves which was impressive…not everyone does that. I also felt their pricing was very good.
My air conditioner decided to stop running properly. Refilled the Freon and it still would not cool below 80 degrees. Unit was replaced. Unit is working as expected! Very professional!

They did give me a bid for the extra work to be done and at the moment it seemed pretty high, but it turns out it was pretty within range of the company I had so the work

We had a 20 year old HVAC system when we bought our home. I didn’t want it to fail in the summer in SW Utah. We had extensive water damage from our 30 yr old water heater. A Marlin rep came to our home promptly. He thoroughly investigated, showed me the issues, and made recommendations. He was not pushy at all. I felt he was very honest.We met with with the HVAC Estimator the next day. He took the time to carefully explain options and was quick to send an estimate.Before they removed our old HVAC to get to the water damage, they made sure we were comfortable, setting up temp air conditioning - 116° here. What a great company!

Bradden did a very clean water heater replacement installation.After draining and removing the old unit, we talked and he put two layers of particle board to fill and strengthen the platform for better support under the new water heater..Bradden replaced water feed lines and connects, added drip pan and an expansion tank. Adding these two items and a second stability strap, brought the installation up to current codes.His workmanship and customer service were outstanding. He listened to my concerns and worked to make it all happen and stay within budget.I highly recommendMarlin Plumbing for plumbing needs!
Bradden did an outstanding job of cleaning up the mess left by the contractor's plumber. He added a new dispenser and filter while at the same time rerouting all the plumbing under the sink in a very neat fashion. He also apprised us of a code violation by the contractor who failed to install an Air Break in the discharge line from the icemaker...this could have led to catastrophic health issues had the check valve failed. Will have Marlin do all our plumbing in the future.

I called late in the evenly about our air conditioning system's failing.Chad was extremely empathetic to our situation, and even thought he was leaving for vacation the next day, he told me that he would be at our home in 45 minutes. He came quickly and at 10:30 pm he began to evaluate our system. It only took him about an hour to replace the parts that were bad and finish testing the air conditioner. His costs were very reasonable especially for an after-hour emergency. I was happy we didn't have to have our A/C system replaced. I'd call him again in a minute.
Used Merlin because they were my home warranty plumbing company, but since using them for other plumbing upgrades I wouldn’t use anyone else. They are local, family owned, dependable and honest. They would be my first choice should I need a plumber or heating and air.
I would recommend Marlin Plumbing to anyone, I had been without AC from Friday late so had to wait over the hot Weekend with my house being 94 degrees it was hell!I submitted my claim to my home warranty company and they assigned Marlin Plumbing on Monday, I called and spoke with Chad a technician and told him my situation he said he would have the office add me to his schedule and he would make me his last appointment on his way home, I was very grateful to say the least.Well almost 9 o’clock PM rolls around and I thought he forgot about me but no, I get the much awaited door bell ring even though his last job before mine ended up being a 5 hour job he still came to fix my AC.That’s not only good customer service but true dedication to his company as well as his customers!!Thank you Chad and Marlin Plumbing

My mom had a broken pipe in her park model tiny home. We called the home warranty company and they contracted to Marlin. When Marlin called to schedule my mom, who is elderly, she was very stressed out and upset. The gal on the phone said they couldn't come for 2 days which caused my mom to get more upset and yell, having to go without water for 2 days. The girl on the phone was kind and patient and said she would see what she could do.She called back and said they were able to work her in same day. The tech that came out worked super hard in a small space with spiders, water, and dust everywhere in the 100 degree heat and was able to fix it same day.Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond in the customer service department, especially under the circumstances, and they have earned a customer for life. I will recommend them to all my clients, friends, and family. Thank you for being kind to someone having a really hard day!

Chad and Braden came out to our house to assess some piping issues in our new-to-us home. They did a thorough inspection, found problems that other plumbers had overlooked, and gave us a fair quote for the work on the spot. They worked efficiently, did a wonderful job, and resolved all of our issues. We will definitely call them in the future.

Marlin plumbing services is a great company to have your work done by. One day, one of the brothers came out and confirmed our water heater did go out. Another day his brother came out with a new water heater and installed it to perfection as I stayed in the garage with him in case he needed anything or even a soda, etc. he stayed until he know the complete job was done right and everything worked properly. I highly recommend this team for service needed done.

Since I have been in my current home almost 3 years I have used Marlin Plumbing. I have had a water heater leak and needed a new one. They put in my dishwasher and had sinks that needed to be looked at. Whatever the problem I have they usually come that same day. I certainly would recommend them for your needs. They are professional yet friendly.

We had a difficult to trace Oder in a bathroom and bedroom. Tony helped us understand the process, found the broken pipe in the wall and repaired it. It was a good experience. The communication on what needed to be done and the cost was very clear.
The two techs that came to my house were excellent, the did an inspection of my cooling and heating system, pointing out some things I need to be fix, some things I probably need to fixing in future, and some things to just generally keep an eye on they were thorough, polite and did a great job. We had a tankless water heater put in and we couldn’t get hot water in a biggest portion of our house and the people that installed it didn’t seem to know what to do so we called Marlin plumbing and they came right out found out it was installed wrong and got us hot water. They were great.
Hey, want to give a big shout out to Tony and Trevor these guys are amazing. They did a great job on my air conditioner and put a new coil in my heater. I can’t say enough great things about these people. They worked diligently with my home warranty company and did a great job , they put a brand new air conditioner on my house in less than three or four hours and it was awesome and the appliances working perfect and I would recommend these guys over and over again, thanks for the great service .

Marlin has come out twice due to leaks. They treated us well, they did a good job, and had affordable rates for the the plumbing outside of my home that wasn't covered by home warranty. Hot water heater replacement, outdoor pressure valve replacement and a leak we couldn't find that turned out to be the fridge water line. I appreciate the professional service that they did and will continue to use them for my plumbing needs. I'm very glad I chose this family business, you can tell they care.

The gentleman who replaced our water heater was first rate. His estimate was exactly the amount we paid! He completed the removal and installation exactly the length of time he estimated. In addition he was very personable and give us some helpful advise on other plumbing issues, that were unrelated to the problem at hand. Finally he arrived exactly on time. I'm 77 yrs old and a former engineer this was my best experience with a repair person in my entire life.I would rate Marlin Plumbing with 10 stars if I could.Tom
We got a water softener and washing machine box installed about 6 weeks ago. Our laundry room looks so much better with the box installed and it has been so nice to have the water softener. I will definitely use Marlin Plumbing again next time I need something. They were prompt getting us a quote & doing the work, the bill was exactly as expected, the work was good quality, communication was great, and they even cleaned up after themselves which was impressive…not everyone does that. I also felt their pricing was very good.
My air conditioner decided to stop running properly. Refilled the Freon and it still would not cool below 80 degrees. Unit was replaced. Unit is working as expected! Very professional!
