Bradden did a very clean water heater replacement installation.After draining and removing the old unit, we talked and he put two layers of particle... board to fill and strengthen the platform for better support under the new water heater..Bradden replaced water feed lines and connects, added drip pan and an expansion tank. Adding these two items and a second stability strap, brought the installation up to current codes.His workmanship and customer service were outstanding. Bradden did an outstanding job of cleaning up the mess left by the contractor's plumber. He added a new dispenser and filter while at the same time... rerouting all the plumbing under the sink in a very neat fashion. My mom had a broken pipe in her park model tiny home. We called the home warranty company and they contracted to Marlin. When Marlin called to... schedule my mom, who is elderly, she was very stressed out and upset. The gal on the phone said they couldn't come for 2 days which caused my mom to get more upset and yell, having to go without water for 2 days. The girl on the phone was kind and patient and said she would see what she could do.She called back and said they were able to work her in same day.
